The Crown Hotel is the ideal destination for your next function. With your own private room with adjoining private balcony with views, the Crown is sure to please.
Select from per head food options or platter options depending on your style of event. The function room is available for a maximum of 5 hours at a time with no functions exceeding 1am. The function room hire charge is $200 which covers a staff member and cleaning. If security is needed this is an additional cost. Unfortunately the Crown Hotel does not allow 18th birthday parties. A minimum spend of $1,500 on food and beverage is required.

Function Terms & Conditions:
Function Duration
Function room is available for a maximum of 5 hours. No function can exceed past 1am.
Room Hire
A room hire charge of $200 is applicable for function room and $350 for function room plus bistro extension.
Minimum Spend Requirement
There is a minimum spend of $1500 required on Friday and Saturdays. This is also relevant to functions where food packages are ordered.
Security
Security costs will be applicable to certain functions and cost to be paid by you.
Deposit
The room hire charge applicable is due 14 days from confirmation of your booking. If food or beverage packages apply, the deposit is 10% of the total payment due.
Cancellations
Cancellations more than 28 days prior to the function will receive a full refund of deposit. Cancellations within 28 days of the function will forfeit the deposit.
Damage
The client is financially responsible for any damage caused to the venue during the function as well as on entering and exiting the venue
Guaranteed Numbers
Final numbers for catering purposes will need to be provided a minimum of 7 working days prior to the function. You will be charged for no less than this number.
Decorations
Decorations are acceptable, however can not be tacked to any walls and must be removed before leaving the function.
Payment
Full function payment must be received no later than the day of the function. For functions with food, food costs are to be finalised 2 business day prior to function date. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, eftpos or company cheque (on approval). We do require a credit card to be held over the bar during the function and will be returned after final payment has been received.
Minors
All underage guests must be under the strict supervision of a parent or guardian and must remain within the designated function area. Underage guests MUST NOT consume alcohol, and if are found to be doing so, will be asked to leave immediately.
18th Birthdays
Unfortunately The Crown Hotel is unable to host 18th birthdays.
